I’ll be honest with you

Getting to this point wasn’t easy for me

I’d beat myself up for not having enough willpower to stick with whatever program I was on that week.

When I experimented with fad diets, they left me feeling deprived and unsatisfied. I pushed myself to the limit with intense exercise programs that only left me exhausted and injured. When I searched for quick fixes and shortcuts, they never provided sustainable results. I realized that I needed to shift my focus and take a more comprehensive, long-term approach. I needed to start over, go back and learn where I was going wrong. To learn for myself and not listen to every fast talking influencer that was half my age and had never actually been overweight.

I struggled for years with my health and weight. I tried countless diets, followed exercise programs, and even attempted extreme measures such as diet pills and shakes to shed unwanted weight. But despite my efforts, I couldn’t achieve the lasting results I desired. It was a frustrating and discouraging because the weight stayed on.

Yet I kept looking for that next quick fix or magic pill that would effortlessly take the weight off and I could go back to enjoying eating all the things that got me this way – I thought I just had to get the weight off then I could worry about HOW I was going to maintain it. Well, that never worked – the weight never stayed off more than a few weeks or months before it would start to climb again plus a few extra pounds just because.

but then …

I realized that I was missing something – eating less and moving more wasn’t working. I was always hungry, my cravings were out of control and I felt exhausted all the time. It wasn’t just about counting calories or pushing myself through extended workouts every day. I needed to find out why I was different, why I couldn’t stick to a diet long enough to see results. Why was I different? Why was it SO hard to lose weight? I enrolled in a nutrition course to learn about the body and how it functions …. BOOM!

Q: Who is this program for?

A: This program is suited for anyone who is ready to make positive changes to their lifestyle and is committed to their health and wellbeing. Regardless of your current fitness or health level, this program is designed to meet you where you are and for you to work at your own pace. You must be ready to make a lifestyle change, this isn’t another diet with an ed date. Permanent changes = long-term results.

Q: Who is this program NOT for?

A: If you are looking for a quick fix, wanting to drop excess weight fast or aren’t willing to make small sustainable changes, this program isn’t for you. There are no quick fixes, really!

Q: Do I need any special equipment for the daily movement component?

A: My movement recommendations can be done with minimal or no equipment. I offer suggestions for bodyweight exercises, outdoor activities, and more. Find what works for you and fits your budget.

Q: What happens if I miss a live Q&A coaching session?

A: If you miss a coaching session, the replay will be available in your membership hub within 48 hours.

Q: What kind of support will I receive in this program?

A: As a client, you’ll have regular weekly Q&A check-ins to discuss your progress and any challenges you might be facing. You can also post in our private support group to get questions answered.

Q: Will I have direct access to you for questions or concerns?

A: Absolutely! You can post questions in the private support group and aim to answer within 24 hours (usually less).

Q: How much time will I need to commit to this each day?

A: The time commitment varies based on your individual goals and schedule. I typically recommend setting aside 5 – 10 minutes each day for planning and then time for meal prep, movement etc. This is a very simple and easy program to follow and implement. You can implement steps as you go to beat the overwhelm of trying to do all the things at once.

Q: How are you different from other nutrition and health coaches?

A: My approach is to help you find your unique needs so you can fuel your body in a way that works for you. We’ll focus on more than just diet and exercise. I’ll help you incorporate different aspects of wellness including stress management, sleep optimization, and more. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make lasting changes that suit your needs. No one-size-fits-all plans here!

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

A: You don’t eat things that make you sick or that you don’t like. A holistic approach to low carb or keto nutrition focuses on whole foods and can be tailored to suit individual dietary needs and preferences. This is about creating a lifestyle that works for you!

Q: Do I need to buy a bunch of supplements?

A: This program is about eating real food and by doing that, you reduce the need for supplements. I don’t recommend taking a bunch of supplements you “think” you might need, I suggest testing through your primary health care practitioner to know for sure.
